These policies complement and incorporate by reference the Avive Terms of Sale.
Shipping Policies
Shipping Destinations & Speeds
Some customers may qualify for FREE shipping or expedited shipping at no charge. But just because we do whatever we can to make shipping affordable doesn't mean it should take a long time. At check out, you will typically see multiple shipping options with estimated delivery dates, so you can pick the option that works best for you. Please note that some items may be ineligible for expedited shipping; these items will be marked as such in the product description. Expedited shipping isn’t available for shipments outside the continental United States; please allow additional time for your order to arrive to these locations. All delivery dates are subject to order cut-off times or carrier delays.
All shipping charges are based on the weight of the product(s) that are ordered and the destination "Ship To" zip code. We calculate these costs by using the carrier rate calculators.
How to Predetermine Your Shipping Costs
Since all our products come in various sizes and weights, and since we use carrier rate calculators which base costs on zip code information, we cannot offer a standard shipping table indicating the freight costs.
Shipping costs and order totals are always available for your review prior to your acceptance of orders.
Any orders you place that exceed 150 lbs. in total weight may not have shipping fees noted on your order confirmation. Instead, freight charges will be calculated manually by Avive Solutions after your order is placed. Prior to shipping, we will contact you with your freight charges and your final total to ensure your acceptance.
Street Addresses are Required
We currently ship most orders to U.S. destinations via UPS ground service to business and residential addresses. We cannot ship to PO boxes because UPS will not deliver to them.

Returns
Avive Solutions is committed to your satisfaction. If we make an error with your order, or you receive defective or damaged merchandise, please email us at support@avive.life immediately.
If you ordered the incorrect item or need to return an item for other reasons, we offer returns within 30-days of delivery, so long as the following conditions are met:
- Item(s) must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Before we can accept your returned items, you must email us at support@avive.life obtain a Returned Material Authorization (RMA) number. Write the RMA number on the shipping label of each box to be returned to help expedite your refund. Items returned to us without original and undamaged packaging, or without an RMA may not be accepted or will incur a 15% restocking fee.
- Returns beyond 30 days will not be accepted.
- All items purchased from Avive Solutions may be returned under this policy except for opened electrode pad cartridges (both Avive Pad Cartridges and Training Pad Cartridges) or those with damaged packaging, opened rescue kits and packs, or extended warranties. If you are returning an automated external defibrillator (AED), the MSRP market price at the time of receipt at our warehouse of opened electrode pads, or items in opened or non-resalable condition will be deducted from the refund.
- Shipping and insurance costs on returned items are your responsibility. For your protection, we urge you to ship returns insured using a reputable carrier who will issue a tracking number for the shipment. Avive Solutions is not responsible for customer returns that are lost or damaged during shipping.
- Items not purchased from Avive Solutions may not be returned to Avive Solutions. Any such items will be destroyed at your expense.
Please note that it typically takes about 5-10 business days for your return to arrive at our fulfillment center and be processed for refund. Once we receive your qualifying return and approve your refund, Avive Solutions will attempt to credit your original method of payment. Depending on your financial institution and the length of time between your order being placed and when the refund is attempted, credit card payments may not accept refunds. In such situations, a check will be mailed to you. Please allow an additional 2–10 business days for the refund credit to arrive or post to your bank or credit card account.
