Revive Rebrands to Avive

SAN FRANCISCO, CA – (September 20, 2019) – Revive Solutions, Inc, a leading developer of a next-generation Automated External Defibrillator (“AED”) and emergency response software solutions to address the global public health issue of Cardiac Arrest, today announced a rebrand to Avive Solutions, Inc. (“Avive” or the “Company”). The Company cites a trademark dispute with Cintas Corporation, which has been resolved amicably, as the reason for the Company name change.

Avive (previously “Revive”) was founded in mid-2017 with the mission of significantly increasing survival rates from Cardiac Arrest, which have remained nearly stagnant at ~10% for years despite accounting for over 350,000 deaths per year in the U.S. alone. Since raising a Seed Round in 2018, Avive has made substantial progress in bringing it’s disruptive hardware and software solutions to market, which have the potential to revolutionize cardiac arrest response globally. During that time, the Avive Team has more than doubled in size to over twenty individuals, now comprising strong medical device expertise committed to commercially launching their products in the near future.
