Jess Koenig

Jess is passionate about building out the People function as Head of People at Avive. She has over 8 years of HR experience in growing startups and comes most recently from Concord in the Contract Lifecycle Management space. Prior to finding her love of HR, she taught elementary Art for several years.

• Every Halloween Jess gets to showcase her art background by carving portraits in pumpkins, some of her favorites include RBG, Frida Khalo, and Steve Jobs.
• An avid traveler, Jess has been to all 7 continents.
• Jess spends her weekends recharging outdoors: hiking, camping, kayaking and exploring the city with her dog.
